Run Coaching
Become a member of the Healthetica Coaching community and get back to the strength of movement and the outdoors. Our run coaching programs are individualised and include trail running, marathon training, and ultra running, coached by an experienced ultrarunning and health coach. Every training plan is designed to meet your objectives, life, and capacity and heavily emphasizes injury prevention, recovery, mindset, and long-term performance. It is endurance coaching that takes care of your entire health, not only your mileage
